Back to our regularly scheduled programming......

Ok, I love some crappy movies. I like to watch them by myself or with an understanding friend. I watched one of those a couple weeks ago called Riki-Oh, The Story of Ricky. It's based on a Japanese anime. It has super gore in it. It's so gory it's ridiculous, which makes the gore funny and not gross. There are characters that hit people so hard their heads explode, people get kicked across rooms and my favorite, the shower scene, every prison movie should have one. Rent it. Have I ever steered you wrong?

Curse you evil graffiti writer!

Tonight I called a far away friend I had not spoken to for a bit, nothing bad, just both busy and we needed to catch up a bit. Anyway, I told him about some events that had transpired recently and we talked about other things as well. I got a bit riled up again. Not too much, but just enough. We talked about trust. How do you know who to trust, especially in the wake of the crap that took place? Well, I don't know for sure, but you do what you can.
So I was semi stewing again and I pulled up to a corner and looked over to see some graffiti on a building and it said "4Give". Was it a message? Was it the heavens giving me guidance? I don't know, but it was corny at the right time and made me smile. I don't really get into the whole "message from above" stuff, but it was one of those moments where I go hmmmmmnnnn. :)

Godzilla is attacking the city!!!!

There are two things in life that keep the little kid inside me alive. One, comic books and two Godzilla. I received more of the latter from a friend returning from Japan. She brought me some Gojira Dese (Godzilla for the non-geeks) love. Just so all of you know...Godzilla is real. :)
